Description

100% Raw Honey harvested at Hope Hill Lavender Farm.  Our honey will change color and taste with the seasons. Our spring honey is a lighter and considered a black locust honey, summer honey is like picture more amber in color and considered a wildflower honey, and our last harvest of the season is our darkest honey from knotweed.

Remember all raw honey will crystallize over time especially if shipping during colder months.
