Absolutely delicious. I bought the larger bottle even though I had not yet tried it and am so glad I did because my family just loves it! I use it often. Especially perfect on fresh mozzarella with fresh basil and roasted red peppers. A touch of garlic and olive oil and the lavender balsamic vinegar. I get fresh bakery bread to dip and sop up all the vinegar mixture left behind on the platter! It is Perfect! I highly recommend it!
